Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at brisabrimscontact@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at brisabrimscontact@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards or items marked as final sale, except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or product, please contact us at brisabrimscontact@gmail.com.

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights available under applicable Israeli law.
